Another graph tidying request - to avoid spaghetti hell it would be great to have a simple “snap node to grid” feature.
Maybe modifier key enabled while dragging a node, maybe a toggle somewhere.
For references, Unreal does this by default, and I think it works quite nicely. Blender you can hold down ‘ctrl’ while moving a node to snap it.
Embrace the freedom of no grid! No, you’re right, there should be something like this for people that want to have things align. Can get tricky though if the IO points don’t also align, I might need to adjust the layout/geometry of them too to ensure two different operator types don’t slightly mis-align their in/out when next to each other. This is tricky when they are centred, i’d have to experiment a lot with what works well.
